For Users

1. Terms

By accessing and using the Platform, you expressly consent to the terms and conditions outlined here, effective as of the date and time of use (the “Terms”). Read these Terms carefully before using the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (the “User”) and AutoRentify. If you disagree with these Terms, refrain from using the Platform.

AutoRentify reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Regularly review this page for updates. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

Key Definitions
  • Service Provider/Supplier/Third Party:  Independent providers of chauffeur, car rental or related services listed on the Platform.
  • Platform Services:  AutoRentify acts solely as an intermediary, connecting Users with Service Providers. AutoRentify is not liable for service deficiencies, disputes, or damages arising from third-party services.
2. Platform Usage & Responsibilities
A. User Obligations
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during bookings.
  • Ensure compliance with all local laws (e.g., seatbelt regulations, UAE Coast Guard rules for yacht rentals).
  • Follow Service Provider instructions and respect vehicle/yacht rules (e.g., no smoking, no littering).
  • Verify vehicle capacity limits and ensure passengers/luggage comply.
B. Payments
  • Payments are processed via credit card or other methods supported by AutoRentify.
  • Currency exchange risks and transaction fees are the User’s responsibility.
  • Invoices are sent via email post-booking.
C. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Cancellation fees apply based on notice period (10%–100% of deposit).
  • No refunds for no-shows.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
3. Service-Specific Terms
A. Chauffeur & Car Rentals
  • Users enter a direct contract with the Service Provider. AutoRentify is not a party to this agreement.
  • Vehicle images are illustrative; actual models may vary.
  • Users must provide valid UAE/international driving licenses for rentals.
  • Unauthorized third-party driving is prohibited.
4. Limitations of Liability
AutoRentify is not liable for:
  • Service Provider actions/inactions (e.g., delays, accidents).
  • Loss/damage to personal belongings.
  • Unforeseen events (e.g., extreme weather, strikes).
  • Users indemnify AutoRentify against fines/penalties incurred due to rule violations.
5. General Provisions
  • Governing Law: UAE laws apply. Disputes are subject to Dubai courts.
  • Platform Availability: AutoRentify may suspend/modify services without notice.
  • Third-Party Links: External sites are not endorsed by AutoRentify.

For Agents/Service Providers

1. Obligations
  • Maintain valid UAE trade licenses and comply with local laws (e.g., RTA regulations).
  • Ensure accurate listings and resolve customer disputes directly.
  • Grant AutoRentify a royalty-free license to use submitted content.
2. Payments & Fees
  • Success fees (specified in contracts) apply per booking.
  • Weekly payouts after deducting fees.
  • AutoRentify may refund customers for valid complaints, recoverable from Service Providers.
3. Termination
  • Agreements auto-renew unless terminated with 30 days’ notice.
  • AutoRentify may suspend accounts for breaches (e.g., non-payment, false advertising).

For Advertisers

  • Ads must comply with UAE laws and avoid misleading/deceptive content.
  • AutoRentify may modify/remove ads at its discretion.
  • Liability for ad content rests solely with the advertiser.
